J's EZ Assist is a small business located in the heart of Wisconsin Dells, WI, we are family-owned and operated, our employees are independent contractors. We our located nicely at the corner of State Highways 16/13/23 and easy access between I-39 and/or I-90 and Highway 51. All employees are given a background checks at local, state and federal levels, to ensure our customers safety, and they are fully insured by state requirements based on their job title. Our #1 goal is to provide excellent service to all our customers, in a timely and accurately, starting with J's EZ Assist Dispatcher to our J's EZ Assist Drivers, and to ensure our customers are always happy as we arrive to our customers. We understand customers do not like to wait long periods, depending on where your coming from, average wait for J's EZ Assist Drivers to arrive anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour in half and this is based on where your service is needed. We will always do our best to get a driver to our customers promptly and safely. Our importance is to get you back on the road again moving.
