“J’s EZ Assist, LLC” is listed as “Limited Liability Company (LLC)”, that hires “Independent Contractors” under “J’s EZ Assist”, who contracts work for “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” and “J’s EZ Assist Drivers” and, their “Service Providers (SP)” to collect any payable amount from “Customers”, “Customers” agrees to allow “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” to collect “Quotes”, “Pre-Authorizations” and/or “Payments”, on the behalf of “J’s EZ Assist, LLC”, “J’s EZ Assist”.”J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” and/or “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”, granting “SP” permission for “Pre-Authorizations” and “Payments” and/or “Dispute Inquiries” on the the “Customers” behalf, “Customers” will only be responsible for any “SP Fees” that set forth to “Customers”, “J’s EZ Assist Drivers” and “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” cannot waive this fee, without “Pre-Authorization” from “J’s EZ Assist Manager’s” written approval, “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” and “J’s EZ Assist Drivers” may charge additional fees, with “Prior Approval” from “Customers”, “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” and/or “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”, and “Roadside Assistance” Provider”;

- “quote“ and/or “quotes” are held for forty-five (45) minutes;
- they are not guaranteed, until a “payment” is obtained;
- “customers” take and/or can request a lesser/best “rate”, if available;
- “rate” and/or “rates” is a monetary value,
- for “services” “rendered”, in exchange for this purpose of monetary value, “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”;
- “J’s EZ Assist” that are off clock;
- may have exception to completed and “ticket” created, and/or can;
- waived this fee only,
- “services” that “J’s EZ Assist” ,

- “rendered” is a form of “payment”,
- “ticket” or/or “tickets” is when a “quote”, becomes eligible to collect “Prior Authorization”;
- “J's EZ Assist Dispatchers” and/or “J's EZ Assist Drivers”, “Customers” may request the better or lesser amount for “quote”, this is not available at all time;
- “J's EZ Assist Dispatchers” will submit “quotes” by via phone, text, e-mail, for “customers’ approval,
- “J’s EZ Assist Drivers” will submit “quotes”, “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” will create the tickets for “J’s EZ Assist Drivers” and/or for “customers”,
- “J's EZ Assist Dispatcher” will collect a set “Pre-Authorization” amount,

- until “services” are marked “completed”,
- no "payments" will be needed, is a monetary value collected,
- no exchange for a monetary value is exchanged, for services provide,
- no services will be performed, without an exchange of monetary value;

- “GOA Scale Fee” is the fee applies to any service, that deals with the “customers” and/or “Roadside Assistance” Provider and/or “J’s EZ Assist Driver”;
- “GOA Scale Fee” is to insure “J’s EZ Assist” to providing “customers” the best quality of service to strive that “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” and “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”, especially give the best quality services reinsuring the “customers”, get timely and proficient help as needed;
- can be applied to any “GOA Fee”, “Cancellations”, “No-Shows” and/or “Unable To Complete”, calls; it is a fee that is agreed upon the, “customer”, is a “Cancellation”, “No-Show” and/or “Unable To Complete” for services,
- this is when a “customer” cancels, past the ten (10) of original service call of time of “Payment”;
- will be taken from “Pre-Authorization” collected by “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers”,
- “J’s EZ A Assist Dispatcher” or “J’s EZ Assist Driver”, will have authorization to charge any “GOA Scale Fee”;
- “GOA Scale Fee” is to insure “J’s EZ Assist” to providing “customers” the best quality of service to strive that “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” and “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”, especially give the best quality services reinsuring the “customers”, get timely and proficient help as needed;
- “Cancellation Fee” is any service that was no longer needed as request by the “customers”, “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” and/or “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”;
- “Cancellation Fee” is a fee that has been applied to cancel services,
- “Cancel” is when the “customers” cancels under policy guidelines,
- adhere to “GOA Scale Fee” is applied;
- “GOA Scale Fee” will be taken from “Prior Authorization” amount held;
- “No-Shows” is when a “J’s EZ Assist Driver” and/or “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers”, witness but not limited,
- no “customers” on-scene, to render services,
- “J’s Ez Assist Dispatchers” are unable to reach “customers”, on-scene, to render services,
- “J’s EZ Assist Drivers” are unable to locate “customers”, or disabled service requested by “customers” and “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers”, at time of call,
- “no-shows” will be billed “GOA Scale Fee”, that will be taken from “Pre-Authorization”;
- “Unable To Complete” is any service that cannot be completed by “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”,
- “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” information to relay to “J’s EZ Assist Drivers”,
- strive to insure “services” can be completed,
- “J’s EZ Assist Dispatchers” will ask “customers” questions about “services”,
- “J’s Ez Assist Driver” cannot (Tire Change Service) requested,
- “Does the change require a lug nut key”?, if customer says no, the driver who will chosen based on customers response,
- “J’s EZ Assist Driver” arrives and sees that a lug nut key is required and the job is marked, “unable to be completed”, “GOA Fee” will be applied,

- will arrive, with up to 2-3 gallons of specified type of fuel at time of order (with most insurance companies not covering cost of fuel being delivered,
- may be charged to your account),
- in range of ten dollars ($10.00),
- extra non-taxed for the five dollars ($5.00) being brought to you at time of call,
- and "Mileage Rate Fee" given at time of dated "Agreement of Services", by "J's EZ Assist Driver" request and pricing,
- "J's EZ Assist Driver". "J's EZ Assist Driver", may charge a fee on "GOA Scale", "Roadside Assistance", "Membership Requirements" or "J's EZ Assist Drivers",
- “pre-authorization” up to one-hundred dollars ($100.00);
- "J's EZ Assist Drivers" take pride ourselves on good performances and reasonable timely “ETA (estimated time of arrival)” and “GOA (gone on arrival) Fees” cancellation charge commonly set at $40.00 per “GOA Fee”, if not cancelled with ten minutes of original for service requested time (ex. dispatched and payment @ 12p, given an “ETA” of 1p, but calls by 12:10p this client will not be charged and client cancels on/after 12:11p may be charged a $40.00 “GOA Fees”, if client "Cancels" or "No-Show" and "Unable To Complete" (ex. client does not have lug-nut key),

- "Lockout Service" will use lock-out techniques and tools, to ensure your keys are back in your hands and your back on the road,
- "J's EZ Assist Driver" will assist "customers", if the owner of vehicle is not present, "J's EZ Assist Driver",
- may have the right to refuse "Lockout Service" to "customers".
- "J's EZ Assist Driver", may charge a "GOA Scale Fee", "Roadside Assistance", "Membership Requirements" or "J's EZ Assist Dispatched Drivers"
- “Pre-Authorization” up to one-hundred dollars ($100.00),
- "J's EZ Assist Drivers" take pride ourselves on good performances and reasonable timely “ETA”;

- "J's EZ Assist Driver" will note and take photos of damages prior to job being performed do to driver liability with a completed damage report to be logged to be submitted, to "J's EZ Assist Dispatcher" and "Membership Requirements",

- "Flat Tire Change" will cover if spare tire is carried by;
- "customers" or plugging of original tire if applicable by "customers" decision,
- "J's EZ Assist Dispatched Driver" capabilities at time of service,
- no semi/motorcoach,
- and/or can service RV/ Campers (up to 5th Wheel),
- most vehicles and trucks,
- "customer" is responsible for lug-nut key to give "J's EZ Assist Driver",
- may charge a fee on "GOA Scale Fee", "Roadside Assistance", "Membership Requirements" or "J's EZ Assist Drivers",
- “Pre-authorization” up to one-hundred dollars ($100.00);
- "J's EZ Assist Drivers" take pride ourselves on good performances and reasonable timely "ETA Scale"
- "GOA Scale Fee" cancellation charge commonly,
- if not cancelled with ten minutes of original for service requested time,
- may be charged “GOA Scale Fees”, if client "Cancels" or "No-Show" and "Unable To Complete",
- "J's EZ Assist Driver" will be assigned, by "J's EZ Assist Dispatcher", "J's EZ Assist Driver", who will take a list description of photos taken of drivers work area requested, back of vehicle to verify plate for claim,
- "J's EZ Assist Driver" will note and take photos of damages prior to job being performed do to driver liability with a completed damage report to be logged to be submitted, to "J's EZ Assist Dispatcher" and "Membership Requirements",

- "Jump-Start Service" will cover Jump-Start, using our jumper packs that "J's EZ Assist Driver" has on-site,
- "J's EZ Assist Driver" will not sell or deliver battery,
- will not replace and install battery (will not service Tesla's vehicles or trucks or semis at this time),
- no semi/motorcoach can service most vehicles and trucks,
- "customer" is responsible for battery access (ex. battery under wheel-well),
- additional charge may be applied at time of quote,
- "J's EZ Assist Dispatcher" for a discounted fee when asked for location of battery,
- at time of service, by "J's EZ Assist Driver" may charge a fee on "GOA Scale", "Roadside Assistance", "Membership Requirements" or "J's EZ Assist Drivers",
- “Pre-authorization” up to one-hundred dollars ($100.00);
- "J's EZ Assist Dispatched Drivers" take pride ourselves on good performances and reasonable timely “ETA” and “GOA Scale Fee”,
- not cancelled with ten minutes of original for service requested time,
- client "Cancels" or "No-Show" and "Unable To Complete" ,“GOA Fee” will be applied,
- "J's EZ Assist Driver" will be assigned, by "J's EZ Assist Dispatcher", "J's EZ Assist Driver",
- will take a list description of photos taken of drivers work area requested, back of vehicle to verify plate for claim,
- "J's EZ Assist Dispatched Driver" will note and take photos of damages prior to job being performed do to driver liability with a completed damage report to be logged to be submitted, to "J's EZ Assist Dispatcher" and "Membership Requirements",

- "J's EZ Assist Dispatcher" will send a receipt by email or text message to the "customers" phone number or email address with a Signed “Service Agreement", by the request of "customers" preferred method of contact at the time of services are completed and call status is marked "Completed" by "J's EZ Assist Dispatched Driver" .
- "Towing Service/Mobile Mechanics" call "J's EZ Assist Dispatch" immediately for any towing service,

J's EZ Assist Drivers
Our technicians are trained professionals with the necessary licenses and certifications to provide all services. All dispatched drivers are independent contractors that are required to carry their own personal, commercial, general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance as well as undergo background checks and are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our customers based on federal, state and local laws.

Fees for Service

Payments
We accept various payment methods for our services, credit cards, and mobile payments. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Upon the agreed given quote and submitting credit card information is agreeing to charges and cancelation fees set forth. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Ca$shapp, Zella and with Cash (sales have to be approved before a service ticket is issued).
